Due to the nature of refreshment products, we do not accept returns on:
Opened items
Used products
Items without original packaging
Products returned due to change of mind
We only accept returns in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item
The product was defective upon delivery
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request must include:
Order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
If the product needs to be returned, we will provide instructions.
Refunds will not be issued if:
Incorrect shipping address was provided
Delivery failed due to customer unavailability
The product was mishandled after delivery
Minor packaging variations occurred that do not affect product quality
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error, we will bear the return shipping cost.
