You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas may take longer depending on courier serviceability.

Please understand that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.


5. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

If:

  • An incorrect address is provided

  • The customer is unavailable at delivery

The package may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • Record an unboxing video immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We will review the issue and take appropriate action.

If you DO ship internationally:
